Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using the Cricex platform. By accessing or using Cricex, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cricex. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register for or use the platform. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Cricex complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Cricex does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA or any Pakistani regulatory authority.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cricex online betting and gaming platform, operated under the domain cricex.cam (hereinafter "Cricex", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). Cricex is an English-language online betting information and platform reference service targeting Pakistani users, covering sports betting (with particular depth in cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC), live casino, slot games and instant-win content.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms are written in English and apply uniformly to all users of the Platform regardless of their country of access. Where any conflict arises between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on Cricex, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Pakistan-Specific Notice: Online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Cricex does not claim that use of this Platform is authorised, licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. This notice is informational only and does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding the laws applicable to them.
4.1 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform with accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details required. You must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms during registration.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you unless you have notified Cricex of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Cricex reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, where suspicious activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. Acceptable documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
4.4 Account Currency. Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as designated at the time of registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and may include a spread. PKR-denominated amounts displayed on the Platform are for reference and are subject to the cashier's current conversion parameters.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login or transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Cricex reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive accounts, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address. Details of any applicable inactivity policy will be made available in the Platform's cashier documentation.
5.1 The Platform is made available to eligible Users for personal, recreational use only. Commercial exploitation, resale, scraping, automated access or any use that places disproportionate load on Platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:
5.3 Cricex reserves the right to monitor Account activity for signs of the above conduct. Where prohibited behaviour is identified, Cricex may suspend or close the Account, void relevant wagers or withhold winnings pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
6.1 General. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any additional sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the Platform's betting interface. Where these Terms conflict with sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to bet settlement only.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform's betting engine and a confirmation reference is issued to the User. Cricex reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where an obvious pricing error is identified.
6.3 Obvious Errors. If a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure or human input error, Cricex reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the User's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled prior to the error being identified.
6.4 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Cricex does not accept liability for network latency, connectivity issues or device performance that may cause delays between the User initiating a bet and confirmation being received.
6.5 Cricket & PSL Markets. For cricket markets including Pakistan domestic fixtures, PSL/T20 rounds and ICC tournament matches, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Suspended matches, reduced-over games and weather-affected results are settled in accordance with Platform-specific cricket market rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.
6.6 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum win limits per event, per day or per account may apply. Current limits are published within the cashier and betting documentation. Cricex reserves the right to update these limits with reasonable prior notice.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users only and may not be combined with other simultaneous offers.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible markets, time limits and any maximum bet restriction applicable to a given bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. As a reference example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered — but actual figures vary per promotion and are not fixed here.
7.3 Abuse of Bonuses. Cricex reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where evidence of systematic bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming is detected. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and provision of false information to qualify for an offer.
7.4 Withdrawal of Promotions. Cricex reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus funds not yet credited, or offers not yet claimed, may be removed from the Platform without liability.
Always read the specific terms attached to any bonus offer before accepting it. If any term is unclear, contact support via live chat before claiming the offer. Once bonus funds are accepted, the associated wagering terms become binding.
8.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Deposit and withdrawal methods available on the Platform are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Methods may include mobile wallet services and bank transfers familiar to Pakistani users. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar references only. Cricex does not claim that these providers endorse, affiliate with or support gambling operations. Availability of specific methods is subject to change and should be confirmed within the cashier at the time of use.
8.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the same name as the Cricex Account. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to the Account upon confirmation by the payment network.
8.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of any applicable wagering requirements; (b) satisfactory KYC verification; (c) Account standing with no open compliance flags; and (d) the destination payment instrument being registered in the Account holder's name. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed by Cricex — current estimates are available in the cashier documentation.
8.4 Anti-Money Laundering. In accordance with standard platform compliance obligations, Cricex may request source-of-funds documentation, enhanced due diligence information or place withdrawal holds pending verification. These measures are not punitive and exist to protect both Users and the integrity of the Platform. Cooperation with such requests is required to maintain Account access.
8.5 Cryptocurrency. Where cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal options are available, they are subject to additional terms specific to digital asset transactions, including network confirmation requirements and conversion rate disclosure. Users are responsible for ensuring they send funds to the correct wallet address — cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.
9.1 Cricex is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders and loss limits within their Account settings before commencing play.
9.2 Self-exclusion options are available within the Account dashboard. A User who activates self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration elected. Cricex will not market to self-excluded Users during the exclusion period.

9.4 Cricex reserves the right to impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods or mandatory breaks where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, in accordance with responsible gambling best practices.
9.5 18+ Strictly Enforced. Cricex operates strict age verification. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under the minimum age requirement will be immediately closed, all funds voided, and the matter referred as appropriate.
10.1 The collection, processing and storage of personal data submitted by Users is governed by the Cricex Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
10.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, where applicable, direct marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).
10.3 Cricex does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to service providers and compliance partners necessary for Platform operation, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1 All content on the Cricex Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, odds data and interface design — is the property of Cricex or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.3 The Cricex brand name, logo and domain cricex.cam are the exclusive property of Cricex. Unauthorised use of Cricex branding in any format is prohibited.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cricex makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from technical errors.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cricex's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms, their Account or any transaction on the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
12.3 Cricex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.4 Cricex does not guarantee winning outcomes and shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from wagering decisions made by Users. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss.
12.5 Cricex shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural events, government actions or third-party service provider failures.
13.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Cricex support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets and satisfaction of applicable bonus conditions will be returned to you via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 By Cricex. Cricex reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance, with or without prior notice, where:
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, Cricex may retain any bonus funds and associated winnings as a contractual remedy. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any breach-related transaction may, at Cricex's discretion, be returned subject to applicable verification and compliance procedures.
14.1 If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your Account, a bet settlement, a payment transaction or Platform conduct, you should first contact Cricex support via live chat or email at the address provided in Section 17. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within ten (10) business days, subject to the complexity of the matter.
14.2 For betting disputes, you must raise the issue no later than thirty (30) days after the event or transaction giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may not be investigated.
14.3 If the internal complaint process does not resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's operating license, details of which are available on request.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating license. Users agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction of residence provide otherwise.
15.2 Cricex makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. The Platform is not targeted at jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law, and it is the User's sole responsibility to determine the legality of their use of the Platform in their location.
16.1 Cricex reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
16.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
16.3 The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time is the operative version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
